2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 t. soda
1 t. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Cream eggs, sugar and
vanilla. Stir in flour, soda, pineapple and nuts. Bake in greased
9x13 pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees(top will be bubbly).
Mix frosting and pour over hot cake.
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. powdered
sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
