Cocoa Fudge




2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
1/8 t salt

Blend and cook over medium heat to 232 degrees.  Turn off heat.  Cool to 110 degrees.

Add: 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
         1 tsp. Vanilla

Stir until blended and fudge has lost it’s gloss then pour into a buttered pie plate.
