1/4 cup cocoa
Combine cocoa, sugar
and salt in saucepan, blend together. Pour in water and bring to
boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, boil and stir 2 minutes.
Add milk, stir and heat. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat and
add vanilla. Beat until foamy. Makes 6 6 oz. servings.
Serve over miniature marshmallows topped with optional whipped cream and
Maraschino cherry.
