Cheddar Rice
3 cups minute rice
2 cups Campbell's
Cheddar Cheese Soup
3 cups water
1 T. curry powder
1 t. MonDeau seasoning
(optional)
1 t. celery salt
1 T. salt
1 T. pepper
8 0z shredded cheddar
cheese
Mix in bowl and let
stand until rice absorbs liquid. Pour into buttered casserole.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Optional suggestion:
lay four skinned, boned, salt and peppered chicken breast strips on top
of rice mixture and sprinkle with some of the shredded cheese. Make
sure chicken breasts are not full size. |
